You use the App entirely at your own risk.

Because you download the App via the Apple Mac App Store, Apple's own terms and policies may also apply to your use of the App. These Terms do not modify or supersede your relationship with Apple.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes within the App or through our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
